I want to buy the GIAC chip but online at AWEtuning they say it cost 350 but when i called a places that installs them they said it cost 495 plus 89 per hour for labor with all said it added up to 700 something are they tryin to rip me off or what im in nyc

$700? Get a speed tuning flash,he may still be willing to wrok out a deal on the old gb,from last December and if not you should be able to negotiate out for less then 200.

 

$700 = GIAC chip + new dv + hour of labor + tax.

 

I paid around that. For a GIAC that sounds about right.
