Default gas mileage

Was just wondering what most people get.
I got 24.1 mpg on my last tank. I have 99 1.8t with GIAC chip. I'm pretty sure it was better than that before the chip, but never actually calculated it. (didn't have it for very long before chipping!)

2000 tip 1.8T with 93 octane APR chip. I drive almost exclusively highway at 80 mph.

I'm getting 29-31 mpg. (Even better if I calculate using imperial gallons rather than US gallons)

I'm getting 25.3 on the computer. Average speed @37. Using 89 octane.

My mpg is extremely low, and I've adjusted driving habits to account for it. 18.5 highway mpg, though I never drove too aggressively except at the track of course, which accounts to maybe 4 runs a night, so what.. a mile? I've been looking at it for the few tanks of gas I've filled this past month or two, and it doesn't seem to be getting better. 2001.5 1.8TQ manual. I shift between 3k and 4k and don't launch my car off of every damn stopsign and red light like some people around here do, so I'm figuring maybe it's something internal. It's got 98k miles on it, should I be servicing it for anything relative to gas mileage? I'm thinking of replacing the o2 sensor this weekend, but will that be significant?

when is the last time you did full tune up? ie Plugs, air filter, oil... those three in combination can really affect your mileage.
