I am posting this room, because i feel that sometimes, there is something that really needs to be said, or bragged about, and there is no other string to put it under... so This is the designated room!!! Enjoy!

i would also like to start off by saying that i got my car back from the shop, an entire week went by, man i was anxious. I just went for a test drive! It was great... I was running just the 1.8 litre before, because the turbo was not creating any boost what so ever. SO in Miami, the great people of south florida performance installed a few things, such as a new turbo, some good sharp lookin gauges, and an HKS type 1 turbo timer. The car runs fast as ever.. I think i can take the WRX now... HEHE.. But there is one consern,I have come to notice that the transmition seems to shift slowly, soas a result it is not the smothest of rides, and when i open her up, it comes to red line, and i think i would have to let off the gas a little and let it shift before i continue to flore the baby!!! Has this happened anywhere before? Does anybody feel the same way?

Try to post a new, instead of e-mailing me!

Do you have regular auto or tiptronic. I have a 5 speed so I've never had that problem.

sorry to inform you but the turbo timer and the "sharp lookign gauges" dont add any performance. i suppose that you got a K04 turbo. if thats the case then no you cant beat a rex. if you have auto and that happend then get it checked out, if you have 5 spd then learn how to drive it better.

well, i am not listing mods for performance.. and the transmision was not bad because of my driving, i know how to drive, the only thing that was wrong, is that i needed a fluid change and filter change...
