Good luck getting a turbo on there. It looks as though 2 bolts won't even fit. It's also only 2 mm thick.

Im wondering, anyone here has aftermarket headers? I spoke to my mechanic, he says that im better off not switching them out because of the cars age. Mainly because one of the screws can be rusted and may crack inside.

 

Any shiny/polished manifolds ive seen on ebay are crap and have shitty weld jobs. Ive seen a couple posts in the past where someone got an ebay 1.8t manifold and the welds cracked. Skip it.

 

yep the welds tell it all (they are not ported) by any stretch of the mind,

the welds haven't even been polished and are like mountains
