getting beat by honda's lol
its funny hearing all these guys with TIPTRONIC brag about racing wimps in Hondas. lolz
Sorry but an automatic transmission takes no skill to drive fast in a straight line. I have more respect for someone in a manual honda who might actually have some driving skill.

First off anything manual has a huge advantage over so beating them when they are modded is a testament to how well our cars are built and the money I spent to mad it which in many cases is going to be way mor then they did becuase we have luxuary cars.
Anyway whatever this topic is obviously just going to get beat to hell. Bottom line everyone call whatever car whatever you want, we are done. Granted I aided in feuling this fire so I am taking responsability and putting it out. Or atleast attempting to. Rice is infact according to Websters.

wow....last time i checked, they dont write rice anywhere on a car. dont poast stupid **** like that. we had a conversation about it. if u want to, read it ansd educate yourself. if u dont wanna, be like the other ignorant americans that go through life criticizing everyone and saying they know whats right or wrong when in reality, they done even know half the d@mn story.
lol ya. borna and raised in cali. i am just harsh about ignorance because i see it all around me and when i went to germany, i didnt see nearly as much of it. but im sure there is a lot of it there but my grade in german sucks so...lol
Yeah, a buddy of mine has a 12.8 sec ITR, and he just bought my old EG. I wouldnt even try to screw with him in the corners, AWD or not. Full Adjustable suspension, corner balanced,, some Z-10 radial bars...pretty much every advantage
Rice is a pretty general term. If you dont think a Supra could ever be considered rice you obviously havent seen any yahoos in 80's Supras or RX-7's. They get just as rediculous. Some people turn them into land rockets too though.
Once something hits the mainstream some people will do pretty much anything to try to fit in, even if they only have $20 in thier pocket and thier car only runs long enough to get to the Pep Boys and back.
I'm convinced the only reason someone would ever put 13" hubcap spinners on ANYTHING is because its intended as a joke. The punchline isnever as funny as it seems. Logic tells me someone, somewhere saw them and thought they were the coolest thing ever, though.
Different strokes. They laugh at us for how much we spend to go as fast as they could for less then half. I put an ACT Clutch, and Spec lightweight flywheel in my EG for $500 in less then 2 hours by myself. No way thats happening in my Audi, more then DOUBLE for $$ and time.
As far as that goes the A4/TT are entry level cars for Audi, think of how an unenlightened RS6 driver might think of a lowered/exhuasted/bIg wheeled TT/A4? What about an NSX?
I define rice (on the road) as anything done with a lack of class. But class has alot to do with perspective and where you sit on the foodchain. 10 Years ago the term to use was 'riceburner' and it reffered to a Japanese cars fuel efficiency and the popular opinion 'bigger is better.' Culture and perspective, everything changes in time. All this of course is just 'imo' and everyone knows opinions are like ****-holes.
