Hmmm, i have never heard of a european car as a tuner. Tuner usually is related to a car the is Tuned for the track. If anything its called a euro or and import.

American cars are not muscle cars. Muscle cars are big v-8's with a blower sticking out of the hood. I would never call a ford focus a muscle car.

Rice may at one time have been used to describe the cars from japan that were usually heavily modified for illegal street racing since that was/is big there. This usually involved fancy paint, wings, big exhaust tips, and stickers and major engine mods. Then the little jap kid realized that if they just spend 1k on exterior mods and skipped the motor all the chicks would still **** 'em. Hence why any car that has fancy paint, wings, big exhaust tips, or stickers on it is now consider rice. No matter where its from. Generally it looks bad. This is why people who make jap cars look good try to argue the point so much, they have lost their name, now they don't have one.

Really it dosen't matter what rice was 10 years ago now it means cheap looking wanabie car. the majority rules.

haha well in my opinion 'ricers' can be part of any car denomination... ive seen muscle cars, dsm's, euro's, anything and everything 'riced' out before lmao... i own a 97 prelude but have never heard anyone call it a ricer.. its pretty clean looking in my eyes
