Default getting misfires in all 4 cyl!

Got a CEL that won't go away. Reporting the following codes:

300, 031, 302, 303, 304, 305

Bad FPR? I was going to do new plugs soon so might try that first. Wanted to try some copper NGK's. What is everybody running these days?

If it is the FPR, can I put in a higher pressure model with no ill effect? I'm thinking ahead to the bigger Bosch 386CC injectors.

Cheers,

go with the recommended plugs NGK PFR6-Q gap 0.9 to 1.1mm
P0300 is multiple misfire detected
p0301/2/3/4 are all four cylinders so it appears you have found a spare cylinder P0305 no how did you manage that then

Yes...got a little over zealous in my typing. The 305 was a mistake. I'm still wondering what would cause misfires in all 4 cylinders. Here's some more information which may or may not be relevant:

When started in the morning it idles a little roughly at first. That's when I'll see the flashing CEL. After about 15 seconds and a little throttle it idles OK.

Just threw a bottle of Techron in there and filled up with gas from another station. I'm hoping this is just a bad gas problem.

very possible bad gas its not unheard of, the CEL will come on if the engine idles too low which tends to throw misfire codes so it could be vacuum related or just bad gas

pull the plugs and see if they are fouled at all, put in some new plugs if they are and see if that helps you may want to clean out your injectors.

another possible is oil leaking from the rocker gasket on to the spark plugs which causes arcing if that's happening you need a new rocker cover gasket

Different gaps for the Avant? [8D]

My engine type is an AMB...not an AVJ. At least that's what the Bentley manual says. I have new NGK plugs on their way, so we'll see. I'll check the rocker cover gasket per Dave's suggestion.
