Make sure tires are good and are rated for the conditions you are in (not summer tires). Change the oil when temps get down to about 40 degrees so you wont have to worry about changing it in the dead of winter (depending on how much you drive, and if you do that yourself.) Make sure your heat works.. I dont know what else to tell you.
Maybe do an anti freeze flush and fill up the windshield washer resevoir with some anti freeze type washer fluid and make sure your wipers are good.

I'm pretty sure Audis come with factory rust proofing, don't quote me on that one. Just do what the others say. The only thing I can tell you is get a good set of snow tires and have a blast. Winter with an audi is actually a good thing. I can't wait for the first major snowfall.
Audis have a 10 year rustproof warranty. RustCheck might actually void that I think.
Winter wipers are a good idea, coolant/antifreeze change is also a good idea.
If you car has any major problems, get em fixed now so that you are not stranded on the QE2 in the middle of a blizzard.
