I test fitted the wheels yesterday and it's a go. The stock wheels from my Mk V Jetta (totaled 6 weeks ago by another driver) have Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25's. They were the winter set to go with the summer wheels from an A4 with Dunlops. Anyway, they're ET56 16" and the stock A3 wheels are ET50 17". I'll wait until there's snow forecast to spend the hour in the driveway. But they're at pressure and I know they'll fit.
