there a shop a few miles away from me down here in nc called german speed merchants, would it be smarter to have them install my gfb fx hybrid diverter valve? How much would that run me about?

 

Its only 2 clamps and the time to get the valve to run correctly. Not worth paying anyone. Shouldnt take more than an hour if your slow. Dont put the skid plate on until you have it set the way you want it.

 

when u say tune it. and by tune it u mean set it up to the way i want it to sound right? i mean if i set it like 70% dv and 30% bov i dont need to do nething else right. i dont want to do this if i set it and then the car runs like **** at idle and i blow smoke every shift or sumthin stupid.

 

tuning means trying to figure out what is the right amout of vta and reciculation to run. and i dont know about that bov but some you can tune for how stiff or hard the spring is
