hey i got a 2003 a4 1.8 i love it but sometimes i wonder if i should of gotten a gli. is it a more fun drive and how much lighter is it then an a4 and faster as well.

 

gli's suck ***. imo i hate them.

lol are they even faster i got chip and intake and exhaust and ppl say i still can take it dat has to be bs they say just cuz my car is so much heavier.

 

there quick i dont know by how much but there fwd 11% drivetrain loss and alittle less weight. But none the less there crap.

 

Would you rather have a car built in germany or mexico? You can definatly tell in the build quality. The jettas are quicker but the a4 handles better.

 

why would you want a vw when you can have an audi luxury car i dont get it whats wrong with ppl, i think its the winter weather doing this to ppl head.[sm=icon_beat.gif]

 

Jetta, apart from being a girl's dream car ( look it up) is FWD and kinda ugly. I'm sure it's quicker, and quicker with the same mods as a 1.8T A4, but not terribly much, and if you get a BT, even a K04, you'll be happy for Quattro.

 

I like the GLI's a lot actually... those 18" BBS wheels are hot.
And yeah, revo a GLI and it'd smoke a chipped A4.
My brother just bought a revo'd GTI and it would smoke the **** out of my chipped a4.
