Default Is this a good deal?

I am looking to purchase an Audi A4 1.8T Manual. I have been looking around for a while and i want 2002 or newer. I found a car that i am interested in but i just want to make sure that it is a fair price.

It is a 2003 1.8T Manual, FWD, Fully Loaded, with the sport package, with 9,700 miles. He has it advertised for 23,000. I was wondering if that is a good price.

To me the price seems pretty decent... that is very low milage. No quattro though... The FWD cars have a crappy resale value -- but they are bloody rare up here in canada anyways.

Others will chime in I'm sure... the miles are really low though, so it sounds good to me.

Im in the same situation, i need to sell my truck before i can get an A4. Ive been posting ads for only a week and im already getting impatient... maybe I should just give up and sell it to a used car dealership [&:]
