Hey guys,

Have a chance to jump on a k04 for my car... i have an 01 b5 so will this be an exact match, reason i ask is becuase he has a b6 (don't think it matters)

Im pretty sure it willbe OK but want to make sure to get your approval and how much its worth. Its a K04-015 Turbo - $800 (CANADIAN) is what he's asking. I've got 120K on my car with original turbo so might be a good idea to keep this around?

Ya the turbo will work on your car. What its worth depends on how many miles are on it and how much abuse you think it may has taken. $800 can. sounds about right for a used k04 since thats what they go for new in the US. Always a good idea to hang onto your stock parts just incase soemthing goes wrong. Why is he selling it?

 

Hate to do this cuz i want it lol...but...Dood check the for sale section. If thats the one you are referringto it brand new. If not, check it out, and he's in Canada

 

i saw it on a local forum, the guy acutally had the decency to vag my codes a few months ago when he got his vagcom...

onepointee- he's looking into an s4 and has a bunch of parts laying around - the k04 is brand new i forgot to mention
