Is this a good deal?
Hello all,
I'm looking to purchase an Audi, and came across this add on craigslist. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/car/313298914.html
The owner says it has 132k miles...
But I'm curious to know what kind of issues I might run into. Are the transmissions on these durable? Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
If you could reply to paul_chapman@earthlink.net it'd be a great help aswell.
Cheers

jump on that, if it does go you can part out the car and get most of yur money back 132k on these cars if maintence was done, isnt that much at all, there are ppl on herre running 160k and are going rael strong, taht car has crazy mods do it up and get some babes
ok - I say pass - #1 its an automatic and thats not the most desirable. #2 its doesn't even hap a tiptronic transmission (started in 98) and that really sucks. if you ok with just having a basic auto then go for it - go check it out - get the VIN and get a Carfax report. find a Euro mechanic around your area go talk with them - ask them to check it out for you - see if they can find anything wrong. used car game is a crap shoot - good luck. PS - mine had 132k on it when I purchased it now has 145 - not a single problem.
