Not sure...but I know in first gear I can feel all four wheels spin!
I hate to rain on your parade... but that's probably your clutch slipping, not the wheels spinning.

Tru dat. It takes more than a chipflash to get enough power to have your wheels burn out off the line.

Foot isn't even on the clutch when I feel it. Maybe spinning was a bad word...chirping I should say. Either way...It's not something I will do very often. Just getting used to the new power. Sort of have to learn my car all over again.

BTW if anyone wants to do this I highly suggest the security code. If you don' have it, and a dealer suspects a chip they can look up the way to activate it on the internet and your screwed. With the security code, there is no way for them to activate the software unless they can guess the code.

your foot doesnt have to be on the clutch for it to slip but if its a pretty obvious difference between a slipping clutch and spinning tires. so your probably ok. you should do some 0-60 vids for us to amuse ourselves with

Prolly going to be a boost gauge/sport springs next. I'm going to try and get exhaust as a holiday present. Plus, just got off the phone with APR, when I get exhaust I have to get the Stage II APR Reflash....the good news, its free.

Congrats on your new mod..really feels like a different car doesn't it? Get a boost gauge if you don't have one yet, itmay notadd hp but it lets you know you're having boost problems...I suggest you clean your oil cap, then check it after a week or two to make sure oil is not blowing out. If it does, your PCV will need to be replaced. A failed PCV will lower your boost as well, like a broken DV does.
