yep another snub story...
well for those of you that don't know yet ( i know it's been covered a million times lately) SNUB MOUNT IS GOOD! and it's cheap.
i was able to install mine today, was very pleased with the results. plus felt pretty good that i was able to do it without any major frustrations.
anyway just wanted to bring this up again for any new guys, looking for a good cheap mod that is pretty easy to install. don't forget to microwave it for a bit, that helped alot!

 

which one did you go with? APR or Greedspeed... or maybe some OTHER mystery snub!?

 

Did you follow APR instructions or were you able to stick a hydraulic jack under the oil pan and get it up that way?

 

i went with the GreedSpeed, it was the cheapest lol.
and yes i followed the APR instructions, worked very well. one thing they tell you to do is drain the washer fluid. skip that, i was able to clamp the washer tube up temporarily.
can't wait, in a few weeks i should have my DTS.

 

how long did it take you?

 

not exactly sure how long it took me, i had alot of interruptions. i was at work. but i guess, it was about three hours or so.

 

i was also lookin to install a snub what tools will i be needing?

 

You guys think its worth getting a snub on a tip ?
