Granny shiftin not double clutchin like you should!
haha.... fast and furious was so lame.
Anyway..... I had a question dealing with the "feel" of some of these short shifters out there.
I have a 2000 audi a4 and was looking into a short shifter. however i like how my shifter now is... it feels like butter, so smooth.
When I upgrade to a short shifter I dont want to lose this feeling....i dont want a big clunky shifter that feels loose and not smooth. So far I have seen new shifters like diesel geek, neuspeed and obviously b and m but i have never actually tried any other shifter. Could anyone who has had experience changing their shifter leave me some feedback about the new feel in comparison to the old one? Thanks for any help.

I just installed my neuspeed in my 2000 1.8T this past saturday. It feels tighter and more precise than it used to, and still feels very very smooth. I bought mine used, so am happy with the benefits for the cost.
