Hey Guys,

I ordered my snub and other items like 3 weeks ago. I recieved an e-mail saying they were having a problem processing my CDN credit card. Anyone know someone that works there or have a contact there I can e-mail. I e-mailed them last week asking if the order has been shipped, but no response. I am presuming they just dropped my order since it hasn't shown up on the CC yet.

I've never heard of a problem processing a Canadian credit card, assuming you are using MC, Visa or AMEX.

I travel all over the world and I've never had an out of country card refused.

 

Its a TD VISA. I think they just need to confirm I am who I say I am. Especially when shipping things, it could come back to bite them in the *** - ie. stolen CC, shippign to another country, etc.

I just don't know why its talking like 2 weeks to confirm I am who I say I am.
