This is my first post and very well may become a regular. I am currently looking at purchasing a 99 avant 2.8L V6 AWD. I saw the link about trying to turbo charge the 2000 and see that unfortunately no kits exists. I have a few questions that hopefully will guide me to sealing the deal.

Are there many modifications that can be done to increase HP and what is the max HP you guys have seen out of the 99V6?
Can you name a few performance companies that sell performance parts like Heads, intakes, fuel rails etc.

Oh sorry, can any of you inform me as to what chassis this is. B3, B4, B5 etc. Thanks again.

 

B5, unless the avant is diff for some reason. And im guessing its the same 30V 2.8 V6. So it could be supercharged. www.pes-tuning.com

 

yea its a b5. and if youre looking to do mods go with the 1.8t because unfortunatley
there is not really much out there for us V6ers. a supercharger would be way cool
no lag, great ammount of HP and TQ but its expensive.

Sorry for the ignorance. But the runs for kleenex is a good or bad thing. That supecharger and AWD Avant could give me a run for my money... I think for a fraction of what im paying now for my S60R. Plus I could haul more stuff in it.

I want to swap my volvo for an audi because the volvo is just to much of a niche market and I want a wagon anyways.
