Nice! Im running the same turbo.. stock internals tho. Its friggin nuts, once it spools up its awesome. I have pretty much the same setup as you.. minus the internal work of course. What fuel managment are you running? What boost are you currently at?
heres a pic of my setup.. i need to reroute my air filter like yours. So how many CEL's are you throwing?

 

The WG is internally wastegated, correct? Im externally wastegated (tial 38mm) but why did you decide to have an internal wastegate?

 

I have seen your setup when you where buying the car and I have to say very nice, except the internals. Your turbo is even more powerfull then mine, I think so. I don't have any fuel management system, I have just custom chip on my stock ECU, that is why I am going to buy EFI Stage IIc ECU. At the moment I am running 1 bar boost, because on stock ECU is not save to run more boost. Yes WG is internally wastegated, why I decided, is just because I don't like external, but I think the turbo will last longer with external, that is my opinion.
