sorry about all the questions but if I were to do the T3/T4 turbo, I know I need a manifold, ecu upgrade, injectors, test pipe, but do I need different oil lines and a wastegate to go alongwith it?

oil lines should always be replaced when you replace a turbo. and if you run an external wg, you will have to buy one, and get a manifold with the correct plumbing.

I went on ATP to see if I could put together a T3/T4 setup. I can find the manifold,Turbo, and wastegate but they don't seem to have all the gaskets like turbo to manifold, and turbo to cat also they have a fitting to use stock oil lines is this a good idea? One more question will the atp inlet hose fit a T3/T4 turbo if not where can I find these items?

Dont run gaskets in those places. They blow and arent needed. You want a -4 oil line and fittings. They sell the correct length and a adapter for the stock block to connect to the oil line. Dont run stock lines. The tip may work, but its easy to make your own
