It may very well work, although you might have some problems with fitment. Halogen light bulbs are size H7, and xenon are D2S bulbs. It will work but the bulb will spin around inside the projector. There may also be problems with the ballast fitting inside the headlight housing.

Are you looking for more light output? If so, I run 100 watt halogens in my factory headlights and foglights. I managed to find bulbs that are not the deep blue that you often see in aftermarket bulbs. I've been running these bulbs for about six months without any problems and they throw a whole lot more light than the 55 watters. Just an idea.

Doose, where did you get your 100 watters? I can't seem to locate them.

I got two of mine from SSF and the other two from World Pack. About $35.00 a pair. I'll look up the websites and post the links later.
