Default H&R Sport Cup vs. H&R Touring Kit

I am looking to put a new suspension on my '00 A4 and I am leaning toward the H&R kits. Can someone who has ridden either the Sport or Touring kit give me their feedback on them. I would like good handling but I don't a ride that is extremely stiff, uncomfortable or bounces down the freeway. I am worried that if I get the Touring I will want it stiffer or if I get the Sport Kit I will want more comfort. Any feedback would be great.

They have two types of cup kits.
