H-Sport Swaybar installed!
I just installed an upgraded Hotchkis rear swaybar (~$340)on my 03' A4. I can't say enough good about this mod. The oversteer is fun, the steering is more responsive, andthe car isall-around more stable. I put it on the loosest setting to get used to it, when the ugpraded front swaybar gets installed i may move it to the tighter of the two settings. The back end does slide out a bit more and ESP seems to be working a little harder than it did before... but the ride itself feels LESS eratic now than before.
If you have non-sport swaybars, make sure you upgrade.. it's well worth it. I went with Hotckis front and rear kit, I haven't installed the front yet, will report in and let you know the difference once it's on. I ordered it from titanautoparts (aka titanmailorder) - nice guys, but the order did take more than a month to arive.
Install time took about1.5 hours... had to take out a few bolts here and there but that's it.

RE: H-Sport Swaybar installed!
I had H-Sports sways on both front and rear. It definitely helps. You only have the rear one installed right now, correct? I think once you installed both front and rear, ESP won't work so frequently.
Yup, it is worth the money to upgrade.
