so i just got my mail finally....and i gottttt my VDO boost gauge adn TWO new sylvania h7 bulbs...just for sending in one busted one!!!


so now question is....the gauge came with some shitty plasic tubing...im gonna replace it with a nylon one from ecs (right?) , andi also need a t-fitting.....so yea....im happy

just to make sure.....i have the gauge and a mounting bracket and the hardware....so i need....new line, t-fitting, and how do i run power to it...?? what kind of wiring??

Im glad your stoked im pretty pumped too i got my headlight issues taken care of today. Its a glorious day for audi owners lol.

The plastic tubing should come out of the boost gauge and under your dash-threw the firewall and then you attatch the silicon hose to the end of the plastic tubing.. Thats how mine was. Have fun with your new toys.

the tubing that came with mine was pretty shitty too. also, i ended up drilling a hole in my firewall so be aware of that.

no need to drill in ur firewall, u just make a little slit in the rubber gromets on ur ecu box and slide that little plastic hose threw there and into ur car.

Correct.. Get the t fitting that eliminates the gauge "buzz" from ecs. Mine buzzes like crazy at times.
