Default Haven't been around here for awhile and made a few changes

I haven't really been around these parts lately, so I thought I'd poke my head in and say hello and give a little update on the car.

To refresh everyone's memory, a few months ago my car looked like this:

In June, it went into Dreamwerks (http://www.dreamwerks.com) in Snohomish, WA for a little work and spent a few weeks looking like a theft recovery.

While it was in the shop, I got an offer to sell my HRE'sthat I couldn't refuse from a guy on another Audi site that I frequent, so those went into boxes and now reside on the other side of the country on an S4.

Meanwhile, at Dreamwerks, the bumpers started to take on a new shape:

Smoothed and molded front bumper into a one-piece. Shaved the tow hook cover. Shaved the top two license plate holes and moved the plate down a few inches.

Shaved the body line through the middle as well as the exhaust cutouts.

After patiently waiting a few weeks, I finally got her out of the shop and a few days later the new 19x8.5 et37/19x9.5 et32 Lexion 201's with 235/35 BFG G-Force T/A's arrived. I slapped them on and here is how she looks now:

Personally, I'm dissapointed in the new wheels and I really miss the stance and attitude the HRE's gave the car, so these wheels will be going bye-bye this winter and I'll be going back to 18x10's (maybe wider ).

The body work looks absolutely amazing and I agree your old wheels gave the car a mutch meaner stance that these one don't.

That is very nice looking but you are right HRS's look better. I can also so say that the ones you have on now also look really good.

Thanks for comments guys. I'm currently scheming of what my next wheels will be. All I know is they will be staggered with a huge stepped lip again...
