i havent had the chance to get on in about a week or two.. Just wanted to let everyone know what happened to me last week. I was coming home from school and getting ready to go to work(speeding of course) so i wouldnt be late. I go to pass a car because i had to turn soon and realized that i was going 64 in a 35 school zone with a cop sitting up ahead. He pulled me and i got the ticket. I go to court in December.....with me luck and if you have any advice please fill free to post.

 

In California, going 29mph over the speed limit would qualify one for "reckless driving," a two-point offense. Your own state laws may differ, but your best shot is probably to throw yourself at the mercy of the judge/magistrate/whatever. If you can attend traffic school to offset at least one of the points, do it. Be polite, be contrite, be apologetic, and don't try to fight the ticket. Good luck.
