Default Head bolt specifications for 2000 A4 Avant

Hello all. I've got a 2000 A4 Avant 1.8. I've got occasional white smoke on first start up only. Turbo and Timing chain have both been replaced. I'm hoping that "They" didn't tighten down head bolts when they replaced the timing chain and that is causing light leakage of coolant. Have a torque wrench, going to check bolts to see if any needed tightened. But I want to make sure I have the right specs for my year. What I've got is...
Step 1: 60 Nm (44 ft lb)
Step 2: Additional 1/2 turn (180 degree or two 99 degree turns)

And I've got a diagram of the bolt sequence for a 2001. Would that be the same for a 2000? Thanks!
