Default head light mods

i am so confused with how many potions there are with headlights and what ones are best. if anyone can help me find some one piece and i want the xenon or halogen look the clean white. also what tool did you guys who have put in ones pieces use to grind the fenders? thanks any links to lights would be appreciated and i dont want to spend 700 bucks on them if that is the case i would rather go exhaust.

no not really. The ecodes (non xenon) are around 400 and 225 for HID. Im doing this, when my lighst arrive (monday i hope) and then im having someone do it the next day b/c i dont have the electrical knowledge to do HID or the tools to cut the fender. Figure it cheaper (130) to have the guy do it than to buy the tools and stuff i need to do it and risk firing the wiring harness.
