does anyone have any idea how i can tell whats wrong with my headlamp washers? how do i know if its the pump or if its the nozzles or motor itself? when i pour in washer fluid....it fills up but eventually will start to leak at the pump for the headlamp reserve. when i pull up nozzles manually and play with them, i can hear and see the fluids escape throught the pump. is there any way to diagnose one or the other?

If you want to get to the bottom of this, you are going to have to remove the wheel liner. Then have someone turn on the system, and you watch for leaks.

Most likely it is the nozzle rather than the pump itself.

I just got a used nozzle to install. Pricey little bugger.

 

I wouln't think they would both be FUBAR'd.

 

Where were you able to find a used nozzle? I've been looking all over - no luck. Obviously I'm not looking in the right places. Thanks for any info.
