Headlight converter

Does anyone know where I can find a converter that would connect these two headlights????

Left to right (without splicing wires)

if u guys can tell me PIN connection name on left side and right side that would help.

the left side is from 1999.5 and the right would be 1999 and before/NOT one pieced headlights
