I am a new fan I started with a 2007 Audi A4 Quattro and I have been making some mini modifications on it. And recently I bought these for my Audi
Spec-DŽ 2LHP-A406JM-8-TM - Audi A4 2006-2008 Black Projector Headlights with LEDs My question is this my mechanic told me to return these because they are made in Taiwan am I better off with the OEM headlights?

 

You won't find OEM in that style as they were not available. Not a big fan of China/Tiawan products. Trying to avoid them is almost impossible in my opinion (unless you want to fork over lots more money). I read the reviews and it seems like most like the headlights (not sure if Car ID might remove negative rated reviews to make the itme seem better than it is). Just because they are made in Tiawan wouldn't be reason enough to return them. Now if they end up being junk then yes you should return them.

Also should add that I have read that after market lights can sometimes throw error codes. Something to watch for.
