Default Headlight questions....

ok im gonna breakdown and get the 1 pieces for my audi...but i have a few questions...

1. what brand do you suggest?
2. which ones give the best light all around...snow...fog....rain....nighttime driving?
3. what kind of prices am i looking at?

all suggestions would be great!

I saw on ebay they have a whole bunch of headlight assemblies, I think they are altezza (sp?) for around $170/pair. Seems cheap but some of them look pretty cool. Like this one with the black housing.

^^No! Go with the Valeo e-codes PLEASE. I think those ebay ones look like ****. Cheap and probably not very durable.

A lot of people on this forum and AZ and AW will recommend the Valeo E-Codes. Valeo makes the stock headlights, and E-codes are the headlights found in the European A4s.

The headlights found on ebay tend to have problems with fogging due to poor sealing. If you do end up buying headlights on ebay, you should probably buy some silicon and make sure they are sealed well.

if you have the 2 piece yes there is little trimming required in the inner fender nothing a dremel couldn't take care of
