I notice my headlights are bouncing alot when I'm driving at night, when there reflected off a sign I notice the light shaking only when I hit bumps though. What can I do to fix this? I tried adjusting them but there is still room left where they can bounce. Also on the driver side the farthest tab in is broken but it looks as if there both jumping around alot. Is this normal? If so it's annoying.

 

check to make sure your bulbs are securely in place. Also make sure the bolts holding down your headlights (seen when you open the hood) are tight.
