there is no place to buy the whole system exactly. You have to piece it together. You have many options.

One piece Euro Ecodes
Two piece projectors

Hella Rs6 ballast setup
Hella slimline ballasts

My car has the Euro E-code headlights plus hella slimline ballasts and philips 4300k bulbs. = $600 bucks.

 

lltek, but they are expensive, but you get OEM quaility parts

 

I've never heard anyone use lltek and quality in the same sentence! I don't even see B5 headlights on that site. I bought mine from ECSTuning.com

You are using non-hid projectors correct? if so, what is the cutoff like with using hid in a non-hid projector modded with hid.

 

Because they are euro headlights the cutoff is very strong, there is a distict line where the light starts stops.

 

I just installed HID's in my fogs and headlights. I got them off a group buy on AZ. I got them for $250 per kit and very happy with them. Not sure if he has any left or still doing the GB. He has a website http://www.hidvisualcreations.com might be something for you to look into.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. I can't imaging you would ever get into trouble with them because Audi's come factory with Xenon, so who's going to know?

Are you asking what color light output? The maximum light output color from a xenon bulb is in the 4100k - 4300k range. Anything higher will turn blue and you will loose light output, but have that "cool" look.
