Default Heated Seat Problem...

Hey guys,

Im having a problem with my drivers side heated seat .... the passenger one works awesome, but for some reason the driver seat only heats up on the outside edges. Its really weird because all around the outside edge of the seat gets really warm but where your *** sits and the seat back doesnt heat up at all! Are thecoils possibly broken in those areas? Any ideas?

Thanks!

The coils are broken. happens all the time, usually from people kneeling on the seats to reach in and get something. No fix other than replacing the heater.

Well that was definitely a pain in the ***! Took about 4 hours to do but I pulled out the seat, peeled the leather back, which was the ultimate pain in the *** with all the damn metal fastners! But there they were, two breaks in two seperate places in the elements(Thankfully close to the front of the seat) Saudered them up, seat is working perfect now. Nice and toasty!
