Default Heating/Ac console

My buttons stick in the cold weather. When one is stuck, none of the other buttons work. Im sure its because of the bad cup holder location, and spills.... Has anyone sucessfuly taken the unit apart to clean inside the buttons? Is there a DIY write up on taking it out? Thanks.

I dont know if i qualify for the audi assured... I have 72,000 miles and its 5 years old. If it only costs $50 Ill be all about it.. But if the buttons just pop off to clean Id rather do that i think.

Wow they really covered it under warranty even though it was your fault and there was nothing wrong with the unit

onpoint8tee you could get some glass cleaner and spray on the affected buttons and operate them a few times

then wipe off the unit and blow off the residue lightly with air ( but not a lot of pressure, you might lose a button)
