Some guy did a DIY for that very upgrade, check it out in the DIY section. The second post contains photos.

But Drilled warp if they are not done right i would just go with plane or slotted.

Im probably going to go with the plain rotors, because I have to replace the rear rotors as well and I cant find them slotted (atleast on the site, i have to order everything from one site cause shiping is going to be a pita), having a slotted and drilled front rotor combined with a plain rear rotor, is to autozone for my taste...[>:]

I have another really important question. In my country changing your tires for winter is manditory, so for winter I have a set of 15 inch audi rims with almost fresh tires on them...so my question is, would the rims fit the car after the A8 upgrade or would I have to buy new winter tires for the 17 inchers[:@]???

Thanks
brta

16" is the smallest. Looks like stock size for you unless you want some cheap stealies for winter.

Ouch, please release the extremelly tight grip you have on my *****...[&o]

Damn, that really sucks, I got so excited about the bigger rotors i was picturing them through the rs4 replicas, now i guess ill go with stock rotor size, ceramic hawks all around, and just add ss lines...How will my stopping power compare to a a8/tt set? LOL, i have to tell you what the shipping estimate to my country ws from ecstuning, the price of parts was 520$ the price of shipping 560...ahahaha wth is that!?

Since i live close to germany sourcing OEM parts is not a problem, does anyone know the part numbers of the A8/TT combo, so i might do that if the stopping power is taht much better...

oh yeah, I heard some good stuff about ferodo premier pads???

whats up with this royal purple tranny fluid, I heard that when it was tested, it actually gave an increase on the dyno due to a more efficient driveline, anyonehave experience with this product? would you recommend it for me?

Thanks
brta
