ok so i was driving my car last night to mcdonalds (late night much fest) and while sitting at the drive through i noticed like a high pitched squeeling / humming noise coming from my car, at first i wasnt sure if it was coming from me or not, but when i got home, i noticed that it was kinda loud and persistent, the only time i noticed the noise stopped was when i made turns, and when i straightened out the noise returned.

if anyone of you know what this could be it would be greatly appreciated, since i live off campus and still need to drive to a few of my classes before i can bring it to the shop

 

possibly low on ps fluid? What kind of high pitch noise? ANd only when you turn the wheel?
Either way, definitely check all of your fluids.

 

Sounds like a power steering issue. Possibly low on fluid or a bad belt.
