Did you have them clear the codes? Best way to start addressing the problems is to clear them and see if they come back. Sometimes a disconnected battery/performance chip/component replacement can cause some of those codes. If you have had you car worked on sometimes fault codes appear and need to be cleared. Otherwise, thats a lot of codes you got. Multiple codes can be caused by one thing so dont get too worried. I dont know about what could be draining your battery, could be a bad battery? If it was the alternator Im sure there would be a code for that, maybe there is but I cant identify it... Try typing in the fault codes in any search engine and see what results you get. Thats what I did. Have you had AC maintnance done? Replaced your battery in the last 5 years?

Is it a registered version of vag-com? If so, it's easy as pie to clear.

Run auto scan, let it scan all the control modules etc and when its done SAVE THEM in a txt doc or word for your records. Then there is a button to clear codes at the bottom. Drive around for about a week, re scan, go from there.

Then right after you scan for codes, you'll see a button that says "Clear Faults" [or something like that]. Just click that button and you're good to go. Rescan later to see if they come back.

Edit: Oops he beat me to it ^^^^^
