my right front wheel started making some squick noise when turning...i checked the fluid... all normal...them i had a tech fro the ford dealer where i work to look at it for me and he said it's the upper arm control...it just the joint ...those 2 bushing tha move back and forth ...something like that..he said that i cant replace the bushings only...has to be the whole arm...i'll take pics later....how hard is to replace it...tools and a lift wont be a problem..the problem is on my girlfrind 99passat...shoundt be tto diferent

 

Control arm... not arm control.

And yeah, you have to replace the whole arm... and they are quite easy to replace, once you have the devil bolt out!
