Default help!!...heat shield for b5

I am looking to fab a heat shield for my 2001 a4 2.8 (im not sure how much difference there is in engine bays between the 1.8t and 2.8) and i was wondering if anyone did this and i really want to know what the mounting points could be. I tried looking in the engine compartment and couldnt really find any spots to mount it...i have the k&n intake kit and i have some aluminum...a decent sized piece...i would really appreciate it if anyone had any ideas for this and pictures would be great if you have done this yourself

here is a link to someone that posted pics of the intake on the forums just for reference... k&n intake

I also considered doing this for my 2.8. You could try the mounting points for the stock airbox as well as possibly riveting/clipping the sheet metal to the the frame rail.
