Default Help me please before i kill my self..PICS

Ok so my 02 B6 1.8T has been jacked up in my garage for 2 days now, and I have been coming along quite well untill now. I have been taking off my catalytic converter to replace it w/ a test pipe. I am so far and I think I only have to take 2 more bolts off. But these bolts are literally impossible to get to. Especially this onethat all the arrows are pointing to. I have no idea how people areputting TP's on thier B6's. Any help at all would or evenencouragementiappreciate greatly. TIA!!

ps..IF i can replace it w/ the TP, how will my exhaust sound w/the test pipe +no resonater and stock mufflers

If you take the passanger side wheel off, you can get to the bottom 2 bolts fairly easily from the side. Youll have to take the cv boot heat shield off too. If you have tiptronic/auto, its a lot harder to do than a manual car.
ALSO
If youre trying to get those bolts off from the top, youre wasting your time. They are welded on top. You have to get under the car with about a foot and a half long ratchet extension and get them off from the bottom.

Do i take any thing other than the passenger side wheel off and the cv bootheat shield off? Is that heat shield bolted on in 2 places, using an 8 point bit?

I had to take the exhaust apart at the joint so I could swivel the dp around to get at the bolts.
