Hey Guys,
I went in for my scheduled 15k service and after I left the dealership I used my GIAC flashloader to put me back to pump mode (FX-K04 program) and I had nothing at all. Shortly afterwards I had a CEL light come on. I pulled the lower skid plate off last night to check and see if one of the audi service guys knocked a hose loose, but I have no loose/torn hoses in the system. I have a feeling my ECU took a dump and is running in "safe" mode and not allowing any boost to run thru the system. The turbo is still spooling up and everything "sounds" ok, but I'm not getting any of the pull I normally get from my K04. I have no limitation on RPM's thou and it drives "ok" just slow as a dog... All the limp/safe modes I've heard of don't let you hardly drive the car. I'm taking it to my tuner tomorrow and see if my ECU is in safe/limp mode and hoping a reflash will do the trick, but does anyone else have any suggestions or ideas? Thanks in advance! i bet it went to limp mode i guess
the best thing to so is take it to your tuner
