I have a 2001 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro and i was wandering wat kind of mods to put first... i dont know anything about moddin out cars...please help...any suggestions will be helpful....im willing to spend about 5 bills total.... thank you

 

5 bills is about what you'll need for an ecu chip from either giac or apr. other companies make chips as well like neuspeed, mtm, tap1, and a few others, but people tend to like apr or giac the best. if you don't plan on doing a big turbo upgrade i'd say go with apr. check their websites to find an authorized dealer/installer in your area.

2nd what bent said. Make sure you upgrade your dv when you get chipped.

 

Agree, those give you the biggesst bang for the buck. However, if you are considering going to a K04 turbo at some point in the future, go with GIAC as they will give you a discount on the future chip upgrade needed for K04 programming
