Hi,

I have a 2006 A4 and about 90000 miles. I have this car MD thing that I can hook up to my car to read engine light codes and I have the following codes on it right now.
P0171
P0455
P0011
P0441

I want to try to sound like I know a little bit so I don't get taken to the cleaners like I usually do.
My engine has been running really rough lately and it seems to be getting worse. I used to get about 400 miles on a tank of gas and I seem to barely be getting 350 lately also.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I may have to make an emergency road trip in the next few days of about 700 miles and want to make sure I don't get in trouble.

 

Hey i thought the car Md thing was going to save thousands of $'s.

The p0171 is the fuel trim out of range.
The po455 is evap system large leak.
The po441 is another evap code.
The p0011 is a camshaft timing over advanced code.

I would check the purge control valve , that could be bad causing the evap & fuel trim codes.
As far as the p0011 it could be bad cam actuator solenoid , dirty oil feed to cylinder head causing oil starvation.
