Help, Want to put these Tailights on my 98

I want to upgrade my headlights from the 98 look to this because one of my back headlights is a little screwed up UGH[:@]. Will these be an easy fit? It says slight mod needed, is this easy enough to handle? Thanks

WOW!!! those are a new style tail light... those are the factory ones... its almost like the 98's and 99.5 put into one, with the 98 clear strip being smoked outa bit.... i kinda like it...
this would even be an upgrade for us 99.5-01 people. And as far as the installation, if you can turn a screw driver and learned how to use lego's as a child than your golden.
