HID conversion question... does the piece have to be removed?

Default HID conversion question... does the piece have to be removed?

doing the hid conversion... whatabout the part in the headlight (reverse mirror) as pictured here in the center, because if i look at the hid light, it is longer. wont it hit this piece???


does it have to be removed first???

usually people doing the HID conversions have projector type headlights

yeah man i'd really consider getting HID projector headlamps.You are gonna be HATED by others on the road if you put a hid kit in stock halogen headlamps. I have stock halogen projectors (not made for HID, but still projectors) with a Visionbulbs kit 10k and the glare is CRAZY. The cut off beam is crisp but right to left they spray the beam very very far and wide. Just my.02 but you should think about getting real HID headlamps!!!
