LOL, some of these responses are awesome!!! The ejector seat and the chick magnet are my favorites. LOL And I have tried to follow the wires but can't really follow them because they all go into the wireharness. I tried flipping it last night and didn't notice anything. The switch was off last night. Then this morning it was on and the car seemed a little faster. Don't know though. Keep the suggestions coming!

Let me ask, does it have lables for "on" and "off" and is the "on" highlighted in red? If it is it is probably an Audiovox remote starter. In the on position it will allow the car to be remote started and in the off position it will not. Have you noticed any other non-stock wiring? You might also find a small black momentary switch too, thats a program switch. My bet is definatly remote start or security realted.

I think Jet chips can be activated using a rocket switch on some cars... not 100% sure though... Follow the wires, see what they tap into, look up the wire colors in a manual...

What type of manual? Are they in the user/owners manual or like a repair manual? Just wondering.

Repair manual, you should be able to find (at least I know I have been able to in my past vehicles) what color code the wires are and what they do...
