High miles, New Turbo??

i want to put a garrett T-28 turbo on my 2000 Audi A4 1.8tq. it has roughly 100000 miles on it. Will this be a problem?

I have Elim 2871R Turbo kit, and running 23psi. I have 140000 miles so far. I say go for it...

how do u like the turbo? how is it at low and high rpms? did u install it. just gimme some info on it if u dont mind. thanks.
